PHOSLENS ships standard and custom optical components to selected international destinations. Shipping time, cost and delivery method depend on product availability, destination country, order quantity, package weight, package size, inspection requirements and selected shipping method.

1. Standard Products

Standard catalog products may be available for online ordering. Some products may still require availability confirmation before shipment.

For standard optical components, PHOSLENS may confirm product availability, packing requirements and shipping cost before shipment when necessary.

2. Custom Products

Custom sizes, materials, coatings, surface quality requirements, drawings and batch production require manual quotation.

Lead time may include technical review, material sourcing, manufacturing, coating, inspection, packing and export preparation.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and order information review.

If product availability, shipping cost, destination restrictions or technical requirements need confirmation, PHOSLENS may contact the customer before shipment.

4. International Shipping

PHOSLENS can support international shipping for suitable products. Shipping cost, carrier, delivery estimate and export packing method are confirmed by checkout calculation, quotation or order communication.

Shipping may be unavailable or require manual confirmation for certain remote regions, restricted destinations or oversized/fragile items.

5. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost may be calculated based on destination country or region, package weight, package dimensions, logistics method, handling cost and packaging requirements.

For RFQ orders or special products, shipping cost may be confirmed separately before payment or shipment.

6. Import Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees and local compliance requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PHOSLENS is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, incorrect shipping information, local import restrictions or unpaid duties and taxes.

7. Fragile Optical Components

Optical components are packed with care to reduce handling risk. Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery.

If visible damage, missing items or possible shipping damage is found, please contact PHOSLENS with photos, package condition, product SKU, order number and a short description.

8. Need a Shipping Estimate?

For shipping estimates, please send the product SKU, quantity, destination country and preferred shipping method through the RFQ page or contact PHOSLENS by email.
