These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the PHOSLENS website, standard product orders, RFQ communication, quotation, custom optics sourcing and related business communication.
By using this website, submitting an RFQ, creating an account, placing an order or contacting PHOSLENS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful business, sourcing, purchasing and technical evaluation purposes.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with website operation, copy product data for competing commercial use or submit false, misleading or unauthorized information.
2. Product Information
PHOSLENS provides product information, specifications, images, pricing and availability for reference and purchasing support.
We try to keep product information accurate, but specifications, availability, pricing, lead time and shipping cost may be updated or require confirmation.
Customers are responsible for confirming that selected optical components meet their system requirements, including material, diameter, focal length, coating, tolerance, wavelength range and application environment.
3. Pricing
Website prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change due to material cost, coating cost, exchange rate, logistics cost, supplier availability or website updates.
For RFQ, batch orders or custom products, the final price is based on written quotation or order confirmation.
4. Quotations
Custom optics, batch orders, special coatings, drawings and non-stock items require manual review.
A quotation may include unit price, minimum order quantity, tooling cost, sample cost, lead time, shipping estimate, inspection requirements and payment terms.
Quotation validity may be limited and should be confirmed before payment.
5. Orders
An order is considered accepted only after PHOSLENS confirms product availability, payment requirements, shipping method and any custom specifications.
PHOSLENS may request clarification or decline an order if product requirements are incomplete, inconsistent, technically unsuitable, unavailable or restricted for shipping.
6. Custom Optics and RFQ Orders
Custom optics are processed according to confirmed written requirements, drawings, specifications, coating requirements, tolerances, quantity and payment terms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted drawings, specifications and application requirements are accurate and authorized for use.
7. Payment
Payment method and payment terms may depend on order type, destination, order value and quotation details.
For custom products, samples, special-order items or batch orders, payment may be required before sourcing, production, coating or shipment.
8. Shipping and Customs
Shipping time and cost depend on destination, package weight, package size, shipping method, product availability and customs process.
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and destination-country compliance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to the PHOSLENS Returns & Refunds policy.
Custom-made, modified, coated, cut-to-size or drawing-based products are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or specification mismatch against agreed written requirements.
10. Intellectual Property
Website text, product organization, images, product data structure and PHOSLENS branding are provided for site use and may not be copied for competing commercial use without permission.
Customer drawings and technical materials remain the customer’s technical reference unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
Industrial optical products should be evaluated by qualified users for the intended system.
PHOSLENS is not responsible for misuse, incorrect selection, incorrect integration, unsupported applications, indirect losses, lost profits, production interruption or specifications that were not confirmed in writing.
12. Changes to Terms
PHOSLENS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
